Shipping and Delivery

The Field Wholefoods delivers Australia wide, so if you can't get to one of our stores or if you're too busy meal prepping we can get all of your wholefood needs delivered direct to your door.

We ship all over Australia using Toll to deliver. Toll only deliver to physical addresses so are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

What will delivery set me back?

1-5 kgs       $9.95

5-10 kgs     $12.95

10-15 kgs    $15.95

15-20 kgs   $21.95

20+ kgs      To be quoted

All delivery costs are generated automatically when you order and added to your total. Shipping incurs GST and this will be included in your total.

Because of the bulky nature of some of our products we may need to contact you after an order has gone through.

How long before I get my wholefoods?

There is nothing more exciting that getting a delivery to your door. We get it, and we'll make sure from the time you order to the time it gets delivered, you get you goods with in 7 working days. You will be provided with a tracking code once your order has been booked.

Not sitting by the door waiting for your goods?

If you're not at home or work, please leave instructions for the delivery driver. That way it can be left in a safe and convenient place for you.

Wholefoods are popular...

Sometimes we will be out of an item and unable to ship to you. Not ideal, but if this happens we'll contact you and work out a replacement item, or we will ship the item separately once it arrives to our warehouse.

It's 40 degrees but I really want my chocolate?

Australia can be a country of contrasting weather conditions and sometimes having your wholefoods delivered may incur some of these hot or wet conditions. We do our best to ensure that when we deliver your products they are in the same condition to when they leave our warehouse. However sometimes products may suffer heat damage. If we know it is going to be hot in your area we may hold back delivery till the conditions are more appropriate. Should this be the case we will contact you and let you know what's happening.

I'm not happy with what was delivered?

We get it. And we understand. We pride ourselves on the quality of the products we sell. But let us know within 7 days of the product being delivered.

International shipping?

Why yes, yes we do. But this will need to be calculated on each order. You will be directed to this once your order has been made and we'll be in contact.

Will my information be safe?
Yes, we're serious about your privacy. No one likes to be spammed with newsletters or third party emails. You can sign up to our mailing list, but we will not share you information with random suppliers, or other parties.

We use a secure portal for your financial transactions and wouldn't ask you to use them unless we would use them ourselves.
