Raw Chocolate Fruit & Nut Bars

Ingredients

1 Cup Puffed Quinoa

1/2 Cup Goji Berries

1/2 Cup Raw Pistachios

4 Tbs Raw Cacao Powder

5 Tbs Organic Honey

3 Tbs Tahini

3 Tbs Coconut Oil

Method

In a mixing bowl combine the cacao, honey, tahini and coconut oil and mix well. Add the remaining ingredients and mix through the chocolate mixture. Spread evenly into a non-stick slice tray and place in the fridge to set (at least 2 hours).
