Magic Seed Crackers

Magic Seed mix is an incredible blend of linseed, sunflower seed, pumpkin seed, sesame seed, poppy seed, buckwheat, millet, chia seed and white quinoa. Its great to add to porridge and salads, but it also makes a cracking cracker. Simple to make, but jam packed full of goodness.

250grams Magic Seed Mix

100 grams Chia Seeds

250ml Water

Sea Salt to sprinkle

Heat oven to 150 degrees and line two trays with baking paper.
Combine the Magic Seed mix and Chia Seeds with  250ml of water. Allow to soak for 15minutes.

The mixture will stick together a bit, so stir well and break up any chunks. Using a spatula smooth a 4mm layer of the mixture onto the baking paper. If the mixture is too thick, the crackers won't crisp up.

Sprinkle with salt and bake for 30 minutes. Remove the trays from the oven and cut into bite size squares. You can leave the mixture intact at this point and bake for a further 30 minutes till crisp.

Store in an airtight container for up to a month.
