Acai Chia Pot

Chia Pots look like they would take ages to make, but the truth is, its passive food prep at its best. Make them up the night before and it will only be a matter of minutes to finish, serve and eat in the morning.

Ingredients

3 Tablespoons Chia Seeds

1 Cup Almond Mylk

1 ½ Desert Spoons Acai Powder

Optional sweetener to taste.

Fruit of your choice to serve

Method

Mix the Acai Powder and Almond Milk in a jar until combined and smooth.

Add the Chia Seeds, making sure that all of them are submerged in the Acai Almond Mylk.

If you want to sweeten add Honey or Agave Syrup to taste.

Place in the fridge for a minimum of a few hours. When you’re ready to eat, remove from the fridge and cover in your favourite fruit.
