Acai Bowl

Believe the hype. Its like eating ice cream for breakfast, but better. Super simple, super tasty and super good for you.


3 Tablespoons Acai Powder

1 Cup frozen Berries

1 frozen Banana

1 cup Almond Mylk; use less if you want a solid mix, more if you want something resembling a smoothie.

Honey or Agave Syrup to sweeten.

To Finish

Chopped up fresh fruit; like banana, mango, kiwi fruit, strawberries, blueberries.

Put the frozen banana, berries and Acai Powder in a blender and start blending as you pour the Almond Mylk in. If you want a mix that is quite thick, it will be a little work shaking the blender, adding more Almond Mylk, and shaking the blender till an Acai vortex forms. Once it does, pour in your sweetener of choice for a final blend.

In your bowl put a couple of tablespoons of Superfood Sprinkle, pour the Acai over and top with the chopped up fresh fruit, more of the Superfood Sprinkle, Bee Pollen and Honey. Eat before it melts!
